TRIPP NYC offers returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all TRIPP NYC tags and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
